(WELLSTONES,WATFORD) (DISABLED PARKING PLACES) ORDER 201*
Notice is hereby given that Watford Borough Council, pursuant to arrangements made with Hertfordshire County Council under Section 19 of the Local Government Act 2000 in accordance with Part 3of the Local Government (Arrangement for Discharge of Functions) [England] Regulations 2012, proposes to make the above orders under Sections 1, 32, 35 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9tothe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Orders would be to provide two new taxi stopping areas and disabled parking places in Wellstones as set out in the Schedule to this notice. Documents giving more details of the proposals, including the proposed Orders, amap showing the location and effect of the Orders and astatement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Orders, are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays (inclusive) at the Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX.
