ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT PLANNING APPLICATION

REFERENCE NUMBER: 17/01543/FULM Proposed development at land to the south west of Thomas Sawyer Way and to the north west of the River Colne – forming part of the Watford Riverwell development (formerly known as the Watford Health Campus), Watford.

I give notice that Mayfield Watford Ltd is applying to Watford Borough Council for planning permission for a 253 unit residential care community (C2 planning use class) for people above 55 years of age and with communal facilities including health club, swimming pool, café/restaurant and a multi-purpose village hall with associated landscaping, amenity space, access and parking and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at The Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX during normal office hours until 8th December 2017. Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement on CD at a charge of £5.00. Enquiries in respect of these or printed copies should be made to Savills (telephone number: 020 7499 8644). Alternatively the application and its documents including the environmental statement can be viewed online using the planning application reference number stated above at http://pa.watford.gov.uk/publicaccess/  Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should do so in writing to the Head of Development Management, Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX by 8th December 2017. Representations can also be made online at http://pa.watford.gov.uk/publicaccess/  or via email to developmentcontrol@watford.gov.uk  Please include your name and full postal address. Under the provisions of the Local Government Access to Information Act 1985, any comments can only be taken into account if they are available for public inspection before the application is decided.
