I give notice that Mayfield Watford Ltd is applying to Watford Borough Council for planning permission for a 253 unit residential care community (C2 planning use class) for people above 55 years of age and with communal facilities including health club, swimming pool, café/restaurant and a multi-purpose village hall with associated landscaping, amenity space, access and parking and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at The Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX during normal office hours until 8th December 2017.
