NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-

1. thatlength of Hilfield Lane, Bushey from its junction with B462 Hartspring Lane south eastwards to its junction with A41 Tylers Way, adistance of approximately 3092 metres. An alternative route will be via B462 Hartspring Lane and A41 (Elton Way/Tylers Way).

2. thatlength of Chester Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Balmoral Drive northwards and north westwards to its junction with Manor Way, adistance of approximately 626 metres. An alternative route will be via Balmoral Drive, Kenilworth Drive and Manor Way.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 2 January 2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays). THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYTRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON VARIOUS ROADS AND FOOTPATHS IN BUSHEY, CROXLEY GREEN, SOUTH OXHEY, CARPENDERS PARK, BOREHAMWOOD AND ELSTREE) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and footpaths ("the Footpaths") will be:-

1. To prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of Roads, except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-

a) thatlengthofWarwick Close, Bushey from its junction with Magnaville Road north westwards and south westwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
b) thatlengthofClarence Close, Bushey from its junction with Magnaville Road south eastwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
c) that length of Dulwich Way, Croxley Green from apoint in line with the northern boundary of No.32 Dulwich Waysouthwards for adistance of approximately 77 metres. An alternative route will be via Dulwich Way, Owens Way, Repton Way, FullerWay andDulwichWay.
d) that length of B4542 Little Oxhey Lane, South Oxhey/Carpenders Park from a point in line with the western boundary of No.75 Little Oxhey Lane north eastwards to apointinline with the western boundary of No.77 Little Oxhey Lane, a distance of approximately 108 metres. An alternative route will be via B4542 (Little Oxhey Lane/Prestwick Road/Brookdene Avenue), A4125 (Hampermill Lane/EastburyRoad), A4008 (Pinner Road/Oxhey Lane) and B4542 Little Oxhey Lane.
e) the service road fronting Nos.118-200 Theobald Street, Borehamwood from apoint 67 metressouth east ofits junctionwith Aycliffe Roadsouth eastwards for adistanceof approximately 82 metres. An alternative route will be via the service road fronting Nos.118-200 Theobald Street, Aycliffe Road, Theobald Street, Gateshead Road and the service road fronting Nos.118-200 Theobald Street.
f) thatlength of Orchard Close, Elstree from its junction with Links Drive south westwards and clockwise for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
g) thatlength of Cedar Close, Borehamwood from its junction with Furzehill Road south westwards for adistance of approximately 81 metres. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

2. To prohibit all pedestrians from using the following lengths of Footpaths whilst works are in progress:-

a) the footpath leading to 'Meryfield Community PrimarySchool', Borehamwoodfrom its junction with Aycliffe Road south eastwards for adistance of approximately 34 metres. There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out
b) the footpath fronting Nos.52-62 Milton Drive, Borehamwood from its junction with Milton Drive north westwards for adistance of approximately 38 metres. There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads and Footpaths. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 12 January2018 for aperiod of up to 6months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads and Footpaths.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF KIMPTON PLACE, WATFORD)ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Kimpton Place, Watford from its junction with Garston Lane north eastwards and north westwards to its junction with Cuffley Avenue ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 143 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via Garston Lane and Cuffley Avenue. The Order is needed because the replacement of existing water mains are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 3January2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD) ORDER NO.4 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-

1. thatlength of Clarendon Road/High Street, Watford from its junction with A411 Beechen Grove south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with Market Street, adistance of approximately 270 metres. An alternative route will be via A411 Beechen Grove, Water Lane and High Street.

2. thatlength of High Street, Watford from its junction with King Street north westwards to its junction with Market Street, adistance of approximately 245 metres. An alternative route will be via King Street, A411 (Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), Clarendon Road and High Street.

The Order is needed because highway improvement works together with works associated with the 'Charter Place' development site are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 2January2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-

1. that length of Valley Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with BerryLane north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with The Drive, adistance of approximately 1516 metres. An alternative route will be via BeriyLane, Dog Kennel Lane, A404 (Rickmansworth Road/ Chorleywood Road) and Valley Road.

2. thatlength of Lancing Way, Croxley Green from its southernmost junction with Malvern Way north eastwards to its junction with Baldwins Lane, adistance of approximately 227 metres. An alternative route will be via Malvern Way, Barton Way, Sherborne Way, Repton Wayand Baldwins Lane.

3. thatlength of Brook Road, Borehamwood from its junction with the Gateshead Road/Leeming Road roundabout south eastwards to its junction with Grove Road, adistance of approximately 308 metres. An alternative route will be via Gateshead Road and Grove Road.

4. thatlength of Drayton Road, Borehamwood from its junction with B5378 Shenley Road south eastwards to its junction with Goldfinch Way, adistance of approximately 222 metres. An alternative route will be via B5378 Shenley Road, Furzehill Road, BrownlowRoad and Drayton Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and it shall come into force on 1January2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF DEADMANS ASH LANE, SARRATT) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic fromusing that length of Deadmans Ash Lane,Sarratt fromits junction with Dimmocks Lane northeastwards to its junction with Bottom Lane ("the Road"),a distance of approximately 724 metres, exceptfor access. An alternative route will be via Dimmocks Lane, The Green, Red Lion Lane and Bottom Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 15 January2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. A copy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).
