18/1774/MPO/SR: Land At Caldecote Hill, Heathbourne Road, Bushey Heath. Application to modify a planning obligation dated 03/04/91 to delete clause 5.2a (i) (Employee Occupation Only) and 5.2b (Not to use the Farmhouse other than as an integral part of the property and that neither the Farmhouse nor the property shall be sold separately from the other). Reason: Green Belt.

Variation of condition 2 (Hours of Business) of planning permission TP/02/1069 -To vary the hours of business from Sun - Thurs 09.00 to 22.30 & Fri -Sat 11.00 to 23.00 to Mon - Thurs 07.00 to 22.30, Fri 07.00 to 23.00, Sat 08.00 to 23.00 & Sun 08.00 to 22.30. Reason: Conservation Area.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
