TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
18/1983/FUL/MSA: Ivy House, 35 High Street, Bushey, WD23 1BD. Conversion and change of use of Grade n Listed Building from Bl to C3 to provide 2x1 bed & 4 x 2 bed fiats, with minor external and internal alterations. Demolition of modern extension and erection of 3 x 3 bed townhouses, relocated access, parking and amenity space. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.
18/1984/LBC/MSA: Ivy House, 35 High Street, Bushey, WD23 1BD. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.
18/1961/FUL/SF: Herkomer House, 156 - 158 High Street, Bushey, WD23 3HF. Construction of roof extension with 6 new dormer windows to enlarge Units 10 & 11, and changes to fenestration and access following approval under application 18/1389/PD56 to convert former office building for residential use. Reason: Conservation Area.
18/1955/LBC/KH: 5 Waterhouse Place, Merry Hill Road, Bushey, WD23 1GR. Installation of a satellite dish. (Application for Listed Building consent). Reason: Listed Building in the Green Belt.
18/2011/HSE/JLE/53: Caldecote Gardens, Bushey, WD23 4GP. New entrance porch, first floor front gable & extension to existing front dormer. Reason: Green Belt.
18/2007/FUL/KH: Jasmin House, 160 - 162 High Street, Bushey,WD23 3HF. Change of use & construction of 3 storey rear extension to provide undercroft parking, 2x1 bed and 2x2 bed flats. Reason: Conservation Area
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.nk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
