Reason: Major Development.
18/2049/HSE/SF: 5 Waterhouse Place, Merry Hill Road, Bushey, WD23 1GR. Erection of boundary fence. Reason: Listed Building in the Green Belt.
18/2096VFUL/RK: Beaufort House, The Waterfront, Elstree Road, Elstree, WD6 3BS. Installation of new revolving entrance door and side door. Reason: Green Belt.
18/2068/VOC/KH: Land South Of Geddes Road And Adjacent To 7 Sutcliffe Close, Bushey. Application for variation of condition 2 to allow for the addition of a basement following grant of planning permission 17/1125/FUL. Reason: Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
