Construction of 2 bed detached dwelling to include parking, access, bin and cycle storage. (Application for Listed Building consent). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.
18/2168/FUL/SF: 459 Park Avenue, Bushey. Erection of a two storey extension comprising third and fourth storeys to provide 16 additional flats (14 x studios and 2x2 bedroom flats), provision of roof terrace and amendments to parking layout. Reason: Major Development.
18/1642/FUL/WC and 18/1643/LBC: Former Patchetts Equestrian Centre, Hilfield Lane, Aldenham, Watford. Conversion of the existing buildings in order to create 4 new residential dwellings (4 x 4 bedrooms) at Lims Barn, The Coach House and the toilet block, and the erection of extensions to the Barn and Stables building following partial demolition of Lims Barn and the Coach House, and associated parking and refuse provision. Reason: Major Development.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
