19/0403/VOC/RK: Land Rear of Grove House, High Street, Bushey, WD23 IBB. Application for variation of condition 9 to allow for removal of fire hydrant requirement following grant of planning permission 17/1257/FUL. Reason: Conservation Area.

19/0440/ADV/KH: The Three Crowns, High Road, Bushey Heath, WD23 1EA. Installation of 1 x externally illuminated fascia sign, 1 x externally illuminated hanging sign, 2 x non-illuminated amenity boards, 4 x non-muminated, lockable poster panels, 1 x non-illuminated disclaimer sign and 1 x small non-illuminated lockable poster case (Application for Advertisement Consent). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.

19/0425/OUT/KH: 47 High Street, Bushey, WD23 1BD. Construction of two storey rear extension and conversion of loft into habitable space to provide 4 additional flats (Outline Application with All Matters Reserved). Reason: Conservation Area.

19/0422/HSE/JLE: Bloomsbury House, 2A Hartsbourne Road, Bushey Heath, Hertfordshire, WD23 1JH. Installation of 2 electronic entrance gates. (Revised Application). Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
