We have again dipped into the Watford Observer’s online archive and here are ten more pictures for you to enjoy that were captured by our photographers in 1991.
There was plenty of fun to be had for adults and younger people, with a youth centre reopening in the town while a dance pool party took place at Watford Springs.
Others were putting their singing talents to the test at a karaoke session and younger children were enjoying an Easter egg hunt in Cassiobury Park.
Footballer Vinnie Jones also returned to town to open a hair salon.
