We have again dipped into the Watford Observer’s online archive and today take a final look at some pictures captured by our photographers in 1994.
The year saw the then traditional carnival parade through town and a popular nightclub was the setting for the launch of a new radio station.
An Olympian visited Watford to open a new shop, while children were pictured enjoying school fetes and a Carol concert at the end of the year.
