Nando’s has shared an inside look at its latest location in Watford.
More than a year on from announcing the new branch was on its way, the peri-peri chicken chain has opened its doors at Woodside Leisure Park's former Chiquito unit this week.
The interior design features hand-woven lampshades and has been decorated with South African contemporary art, woven pendants made from recycled material, terracotta wall tiles, and oak table tops.
Restaurant manager Amit Patel said: “We’re delighted to be opening the doors to our third restaurant in Watford.
"This is a really exciting opening for us, and we can’t wait to be serving up Nando’s iconic per-peri and vibes at a new spot.”

The branch, known as Watford - Garston opened on Tuesday (August 27) and joins the existing Watford - Met Quarter and Watford - High Street locations in the town.
It was first announced in May 2023 but work to get the unit ready to move into included dividing it into two, with Starbucks having opened in the smaller part on June 26, after Nando’s found the space to be too large for its needs.
