Residents have expressed their disgust after a bug was filmed stuck to a burger from a Watford fast food outlet.
The customer shared a video of the insect online after they purchased a mini fillet burger from the KFC branch in High Street.
In a post on Facebook, they warned: “Please scan your food before eating, you may get more than you asked for."

In the video, a brown bug can be seen wiggling its legs as it is stuck between sesame seeds on the burger bun.

One customer called it “disgusting” and while another warned they would "never again" visit the High Street branch over the insect as well as other previous issues.
Another suggested however that the insect may have come from a pre-packaged salad bag and urged the customer to contact the branch manager to investigate it.
A KFC Spokesperson said: “We have strict hygiene and quality processes at our restaurants and we’ve not had any similar complaints at the KFC Watford – High Street branch.
"An investigation was carried out and confirmed that all necessary steps were taken that day.
"That being said, this wasn’t a great experience for the customer and we’d encourage them to get in touch with our care squad so that we can make things right.”
