Dave O’Higgins and Clark Tracey Trio will be joining Herts Jazz Club for their weekly concert this Sunday.
Saxophonist Dave is a familiar figure in jazz worldwide, having led bands in the recording of 16 albums, each with various line-ups.
He has worked with the likes of Jim Mullen, Ray Charles, Martin Taylor, Itchy Fingers, Frank Sinatra, Jamie Cullum, Stan Tracey, Matthew Herbert and the BBC Big Band, to name only a few.
Joining him is the Clark Tracey Trio with Leon Greening on piano, Adam King on the bass and Clark Tracey on drums.
Established almost 50-years-ago, Herts Jazz’s weekly weekend performances seek to feature the very best jazz from across the UK and around the world.
The club is particularly keen to bring jazz to a wider audience and is making tickets available for just £3 to students and under-21s.
