Stepping in after a cancellation, the vibrant and popular Castalian String Quartet return to Watford for Octagon Music Society’s next concert at Clarendon Muse.
Last year, the group won the Royal Overseas League Elias Fawcett Award for an outstanding chamber music ensemble and the Tunnell Trust Award.
The programme features Shostakovich: String Quartet No 11 and music by Mendelssohn and Dvorak.
