Residents receive free health check-ups at pharmacy opening
A revamped pharmacy was opened in Abbots Langley yesterday and residents were offered free health check-ups.
The Pharmacy, in High Street, is aiming to be much more community-based and it will have much longer opening hours as well as focusing on healthy living and encouraging a healthier lifestyle.
It was unveiled by Richard Harrington MP at midday.
Visitors were offered free health check-ups from local pharmacists and local GPs and businesses were also in attendance.
