Two men cycling 3,000 miles to visit every gold post challenge from London 2012's Olympic and Paralympic Games have passed through Watford.
Chris Britton, from Bristol, and Lucas Meagor, from Kingston upon Hull, came through the town on Thursday to see for Anthony Joshua's box as part of a 27-day charity ride.
The pair are raising money for Paralympics GB, Tree of Hope and Sport Relief by visiting all 111 Olympic boxes around the UK.
Chris and Lucas have made a blog to keep people updated on their trek at www.lucaskeepsrunning.co.uk.
