RICHARD GRAHAM has warned his Saracens side not to get carried away after Sunday's brilliant win over Bristol saw them climb into the final Premiership play-off spot.

The assistant coach was delighted with the Men In Black's clinical display against the toothless Shoguns but warned there is still plenty of work to do between now and the end of the season.

"I'm absolutely delighted, particularly with the first half where I thought we performed very well," he said. "We followed our game plan to a tee and fortunately were good enough to score a few tries.

"Bristol work very hard for their wins, are very passionate and work hard for each other but I thought our execution was very good and as a result, we strangled them. We controlled the ball for long periods in that first half and also the tempo of the game. We were also pretty disciplined in the first 40 minutes and played how we pretty much wanted to. We were a bit loose in the second half and even though we were 26 points up at the interval, we needed to stay more focused."

Sarries travel to face play-off rivals London Irish on Friday before Premiership clashes with Wasps, Harlequins and Worcester follow. "We've got London Irish on Friday night followed by Wasps and we need to win both those games," stressed Graham. "Then, at the other end of that run in, we've got Worcester who are starting to come good and have moved out of that relegation spot. If we are to make that top four we have to look to win our next four games. But we've been quite consistent in our performance this season and we certainly have some momentum and also a lot of belief going into those games."

Graham heaped praise on two-try Kameli Ratuvou and giant Samoan prop Cencus Johnston, who showed he is more than capable of filling the injured Cobus Visagie's boots. "Cencus did well and each week he plays he gets better," added Graham. "He's played a lot of rugby in last two years and we're just trying to manage him and get the best out of him that we can - especially with Cobus being out and Tom Mercey having been away on England duty.

"Kameli also had a good game. Quality finishers in the Premiership are very rare and we're fortunate that we've got a good one. When you consider that he's only been in a professional environment for a short period, you can really see how much he has improved in that time. He can certainly get even better.

"He's a lot more confident now. When he arrived, he used to stand out on the wing and watch things happen. Now he's involving himself in the game. He's got that real sense that he belongs at this level and his consistency is also a lot better."

Bristol head coach Richard Hill bemoaned his side's woeful first half display but still insisted his side were better than the scoreline suggests. "A lot of those players haven't played regularly in the first team and we were a little bit off the pace in the first half," he said. "We missed a few tackles and that's all it takes. They took their opportunities very well indeed.

"While I was not expecting to win today I was expecting us to play better than we did in the first half. Saracens gave us a lesson, made some excellent line breaks and (Simon) Raiwalui and Cencus Johnston did the damage."

He added: "After the first two minutes of the second half I thought we played the better rugby out of the two teams and could have scored two or three tries."
