Almost £2,000 will be donated to two charities who operate in the Croxley Green and Watford area.
Croxley Green Parish Council will be donating £1,999 to the Rickmansworth and Watford Sea Cadets, who are based in Cassio Bridge, and cash will also go towards the Peace Hospice Care.
Money raised during the Dog Show in Stones Orchard, the Wassail in Stones Orchard, contributions from Croxfest and a barn dance.
The two cheques will be presented to the two charities on Thursday, April 16, at Croxley Green Parish Council, Community Way.
Councillor Chris Mitchell said: “I would like to thank all of you who attended the events in Croxley over the year and who have so generously given money to the council’s chosen charities.”
