In a recent survey, Thameslink services were the worst in customer satisfaction in 2015.

The survey comes from Commute London, an app which allows commuters to tell others what is happening during their commute and how well the train line are performing and how users are experiencing it.

From the users of the app, Thameslink railway services were the worst compared to East Coast and Virgin Trains EC who were first and second in the graph.

Thameslink services has been targeted by MP for Hertsmere Oliver Dowden who has recently campaigned to improve the services.
