Monday, January 4

Kaye Chapman, 32, of Cezanne Road, Watford. On October 10, 2015, she was the owner of two dogs which were dangerously out of control. Unless the dogs are kept under proper control they must be destroyed. Fine, costs: £185.

Jaden Aaron Binnions Ryan, 18, of Clarke Way, Watford. On November 21, 2015, knowing that a vehicle had been taken without the consent of the owner drove the said vehicle. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance; used a vehicle while disqualified from driving. On December 29, 2015, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at West and Central Hertfordshire Magistrates’ Court. Committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 12 months. Carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months. Fine, costs: £165.

Tuesday, January 5

Jak Dean O’Donnell, 22, of Orwell Court, Watford. On October 28, 2015, had in his possession three wraps of cannabis. Fine, costs: £155.

Charles Sam Culora, 51, of Derby Road, Watford. On December 13, 2015, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Fine, costs: £240.

Nathaniel Westcott, 33, of Charter Place, Watford. Between August 9, 2015, and October 10, 2015, committed fraud in that he gave false information in order to obtain temporary access to the premises of Pump Gym and use of the equipment with no intention to pay membership costs. Thomas Joseph Burgoyne, 20, of Coates Dell, Garston. On November 20, 2015, assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. On November 19, 2015, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. On November 26, 2015, assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 70 hours within the next 12 months. Have treatment for drug dependency for six months. Compensation, costs: £345.

Darren James Smith, 29, of Breakspeare Close, Watford. On May 16, 2015, had in his possession a small bag of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £65.

Joseph Van Bernard, 36, of Muirfield Road, Watford. On May 17, 2015, assaulted a woman by beating her. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Derek Raymond Prieto, 37, of Woodhurst Avenue, Watford. On October 18, 2015, October 16, 2015, and December 30, 2015, stole meat belonging to Co-Op. On January 4, 2016, stole coffee belonging to Co-Op. Overall length of sentence 155 days. Compensation, costs: £257.75.

Jason Thomas Davey, 39, of Whippendell Road, Watford. On January 7, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. On same date, used a vehicle whilst disqualified from driving; used a vehicle without insurance. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. On June 26, 2015, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
