On same date, had in his possession one wrap of cocaine; had with him in a public place a Stanley knife with a locking blade. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Tuesday, May 24

Gary John Hodgson, 60, of Whippendell Road, Watford. On May 3, 2016, consumed alcohol in a public place which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Fine, costs: £195.

Peter Anthony Wells, 52, of Barn Lea, Rickmansworth. On April 4, 2016, having entered a building as a trespasser stole therein a Henry Hoover. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £105.

Alan Edward Grace, 35, of High Street, Watford. On May 22, 2016, stole money. Two counts. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Fine, compensation, costs: £670.

Wednesday, May 25

Niall John Daly, 22, of Normansfield Close, Bushey. On April 2, 2016, failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. Two counts. Suspended sentence order varied. Committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 18 months. Carry out unpaid work for 254 hours within the next 12 months. Costs: £85.

Tuesday, May 31

Dean Michael Razzell, 30, of Rushton Avenue, Watford. On May 29, 2016, assaulted a person by beating her. Fine, costs: £415.

Matthew King, 44, of Brightwell Road, Watford. On May 15, 2016, stole clothes belonging to Sports Direct. Fine, costs: £145.

Luke Stephen Neal, 20, of Halsey Road, Watford. On January 16, 2016, had with him in a public place a lock knife. On same date, had in his possession a cigarette of cannabis. Committed to prison for 14 days suspended for six months. Costs: £230.

Kenneth William Moyle, 35, of Ivinghoe Road, Mill End, Rickmansworth. On May 15, 2016, damaged a marked police van. Fine, compensation, costs: £345.

Thishanath Krishnavijeyasri, 19, of Chestnut Walk, Watford. On May 14, 2016, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. On same date, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. Disqualified from driving for six months. Mitchell William J Lynch, 18, of Hoylake Gardens, Watford. On March 16, 2016, used a vehicle when the proportion of a drug in his blood exceeded the specified limit. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Fine, costs: £225.

Between November 23, 2009, and March 27, 2015, failed to promptly notify a local authority of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to housing benefit and council tax benefit. Darren Peter Brewer, 28, of Ganders Ash, Garston. On May 11, 2016, sent a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 40 hours within the next 12 months. Costs: £170.
