Marius Gorgan, 30, is wanted for fraud by false representation. He has no fixed address.
Robert Kamienowski, 35, is wanted for common assault. He was last known to be in the Hatfield area.
Vilvaraj Raveendrarasa, 27, is wanted for a public order offence. He was last seen in London.
Nickeel Ladwa, 28, is wanted for fraud. He has no fixed address.
Anyone with information can call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
