Police are hunting for a man who lobbed bricks at a house in Abbots Langley.
At around 10.40pm on Saturday, August 19, two bricks were thrown through windows at the front of a house in Hazelwood Lane.
The suspect is described as a white man in his early 20s wearing a dark puffa jacket with the hood up.
PC Dan Cunningham said: “Thankfully no one was hurt during the incident and entry was not gained to the property. However, the homeowners have been left with a hefty repair bill to replace the damaged windows.
“I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed what happened, or saw someone acting suspiciously in the area, to please get in touch.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on the non-emergency number 101, stating crime reference C2/17/2601, or use the online form at www.contacthertspolice.uk/Report
