Police are appealing for information on a woman they would like to speak to after a purse and wallet were stolen from a diner at a restaurant.
Between 1pm and 3.40pm on Tuesday, November 14 the victim was dining at Toulous in High Road, Bushey, when her card wallet and purse were taken from her handbag, which was on the floor between her feet.
Anyone who recognises her or has any other information that could assist the investigation is asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on the non-emergency number 101, quoting J2/17/1531.
