Drivers are being warned to expect delays of up to 27 minutes due to a fallen tree on the road.
The roads affected include the A4125 Eastbury Road eastbound at A411 Lower High Street and A4008 Pinner Road, in Watford.
The tree is believed to have fallen on the A409.
