Earlier this year, filmmakers from across the world submitted their entries to the Watford Short Film Festival and on Saturday, the winners of several categories were presented with awards at the Watford Pump House.
Cllr Karen Collett, cabinet member for community, says: “The creative talent on show at the short film festival was amazing. Hopefully the festival will help launch successful careers for many aspiring actors, writers and film-makers.”
