Police have vowed to step up patrols after racist graffiti had to be removed by a community.
The graffiti directed at a minority in South Oxhey had been left on a wall between Muirfield Road and Furze Close.
Police were made aware of the racist message after it was discovered by a person in the community on September 10.
A member of the same community has since painted over the graffiti.
The Safer Neighbourhood Team said they will increase patrols of the area to “monitor the situation”.
