Runners of all ages can take part in a race.

People are being invited to enter the Abbots Langley Tough Ten – a series of 3k, 5k and 10k races.

It is being held in conjunction with the Abbots Langley History Society, and features a newly designed medal of ‘Tommy Langley – 1914 to 1918 remembered'.

The chairman of the Abbots Langley Parish Council, Cllr Brenda Kersey, and the chairman of Three Rivers District Council, Cllr Phil Williams, will be attending.

It is being held on Sunday, October 7.
