Three Rivers District Council has published its Local Plan detailing a list of potential sites for consultation for new builds.

Owing to housing needs and changes to national government planning policy, the council is expected to build more than 600 new homes each year for the next 15 years.

A significant number of new sites proposed are on Green Belt Land. None of the sites featured have been agreed upon by the council, it is merely a list put forward to the council for consideration.

Watford Council will release their draft Local Plan next year and have a target of 700 homes a year over ten years.
