A five-week health programme aimed at getting people out of negative thought patterns is due to begin next year.
A Slice of Happiness is looking for volunteers to join its Innate Health Programme at the Holywell Community Centre in Tolpits Lane from January 2019.
The organisation is also concerned about people facing homelessness or problems with maintaining living conditions.
The course will focus on “treating health rather than illness” by addressing destructive thoughts and helping to tackle addiction, mental health concerns, anxiety, anger, life purpose and “unhealthy behaviours”.
On the groups’ event page, it says: “The model is rooted in a belief that we all have inner mental good health and teaches individuals how to access and sustain this health.”
