Motorists are being encouraged to drive “cautiously” because traffic signals at a major roundabout have failed.
Hertfordshire County Council Highways reported the incident at the A41 Colne Way and Junction 5 M1 Berrygrove roundabout in Watford this morning.
Traffic lights are not working causing potential problems for drivers. Please approach with caution.
Watford Borough Council, Watford Central Police and Hertfordshire Fire Control have been made aware.
