An annual parade celebrating the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad took place along the streets of Watford on Sunday.
Around 500 people joined in the celebrations for the Milad Parade, as they walked from Watford Central Mosque to North Watford Mosque.

It was the eighth annual parade in the town and people from a variety of backgrounds took part as the procession marched through Watford.
Singing and speeches could be heard on what was a joyous occasion for people involved.
Watford borough councillor Rabi Martins was among those on the parade
One of the organisers, Imran Khan said: “This celebratory event promoted dialogue and discussion between different members of communities so that the virtuous values taught by Prophet Muhammad can be clearly understood and hopefully form a template for addressing many of society’s problems.”
