Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in relation to a sexual assault.
A teenage girl was assaulted at Watford Hair and Beauty on Market Street at around 3.30pm on October 11 last year.
Hertfordshire Constabulary said a man approached the girl as she tried to buy some products, saying, “you’re so beautiful”.
When the girl walked away, the man followed her grabbing her by the arms and attempted to kiss her.
While trying to pay for her items the man inappropriately touched her, at which point she quickly left.
PC Ryan Doyle said: “We have conducted significant enquiries since this incident occurred, and now appeal to anyone who recognises him to please get in contact as he may have information about what happened to assist the investigation.”
If you recognise him or have any information that could help, email ryan.doyle@herts.pnn.police.uk or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/45877/18.
