A woman was racially abused during a dispute on a petrol station forecourt.
It happened near Tesco Express in Prestwick Road, South Oxhey, just before 8am on Tuesday February 26.
The victim, in her 50s, she says she was racially abused by a man and police say the incident was sparked over parking.
Police have not disclosed the victim’s ethnicity.
Officers are investigating the incident but have not made a breakthrough as of yet.
PC Jonathan Walldock said: “This was a distressing incident for the victim and we have followed several lines of enquiry.
“Due to the time of day, there were a number of other people on the forecourt at the time of the incident and I believe they will have witnessed what happened.
“If you were one of them, I would be very keen to speak to you.”
