Water Lane in Watford is partially shut this morning due to a burst water main.
The road has been closed off right by the ring road and there appears to be no access through the street from one end to the other.
The closure is in place until March 28, as it stands.
It means there are delays heading into Watford with queues in Waterfields Way and the A4008 towards the town centre.
Lower High Street past the fire station and Watford Museum is also gridlocked.
The rest of the ring road is unaffected.
Also lookout for delays in Hempstead Road right down to the lights at Beechen Grove on the ring road, routes through West Watford and roads leading into Bushey Arches.
