Police say no attempt was made to abduct a woman from the street.
Social media reports suggested that there was an attempted kidnapping in Borehamwood on Sunday morning.
Hertfordshire Constabulary has said that a woman was sexually harassed at around 9.05am in Arundel Drive, but no attempt was made to touch or grab the her.
Police were knocking on doors in Arundel Drive yesterday seeking any information.
There is no link between this incident and the abduction and rape of two women who were taken from streets in Chingford and Edgware on Thursday.
Any witnesses or anyone with information should contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on the non-emergency number 101, quoting ISR 741 of April 28.
