A man has been taken to hospital after he fell onto an abandoned railway track this afternoon.
Emergency services are currently in Cardiff Road, near Watford General Hospital.
Hertfordshire Constabulary has confirmed it was called shortly before 4.30pm to support paramedics and the fire service.

An air ambulance is also in attendance landing in the grounds of Watford Grammar School for Girls.
The man has non life threatening injuries, police say.
He was seen being taken on a stretcher up an embankment and through the garden of a home in Cardiff Road. He fell on undergrowth beneath Wiggenhall Road but it is not confirmed where he fell from.
Paramedics leave the area of where the man fell onto. He has been taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Two fire engines, at least four ambulances, three police cars, an incident response unit, and an air ambulance were at the scene.
There is currently no access in Cardiff Road but Wiggenhall Road is open - although the area is busy.
