A child died after being hit by a car in East Finchley.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to come forward about the incident.
Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 7.04pm yesterday (Wednesday, May 22) onto East End Road.
Officers attended, along with London Ambulance and London's Air Ambulance.
At the scene a three-year-old boy had been hit by a Toyota Rav4.
The injured child was taken to a north London hospital by LAS where he was sadly pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
Next of kin have been informed.
The driver of the car involved stopped at the scene and has not been arrested.
