Three people are in hospital after a multiple stabbing in Watford overnight.
Armed police units were called to Vicarage Road at around 3.15am.

Vicarage Road has been cordoned off between Farraline Road and a car garage, near to Watford FC's stadium.
A Hertfordshire Constabulary spokesman said: "At 3.17am today (July 3) police were called to Vicarage Road, Watford following a report of an incident where several people had sustained stab wounds.
"Officers attended alongside the ambulance service. Three people were taken to hospital. Armed officers and a dog unit were sent to the scene to support local officers due to the nature of the incident. The road is currently closed and members of the public are asked to avoid the area as police continue their investigation.
"Witnesses to the incident, or anyone else with information, are asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary via 101, quoting reference ISR 49 of July 3."
A number of police vehicles are parked up at the scene and both drivers and pedestrians are being kept away.
Watford General Hospital has warned any patients or visitors to use Thomas Sawyer Way to gain access to the site.
Vicarage Road is currently closed (Wed 3 July, 7.30am) to vehicles and pedestrians between the junctions with Farraline Road & Occupational Road, due to an ongoing incident.

Please use Thomas Sawyer Way / follow the traffic diversions in place to access Watford General hospital.
As a result of the police incident and road closure, there are long queues in the area, in Wiggenhall Road and Merton Road towards Rickmansworth Road.

Whippendell Road and roads off Vicarage Road are also busy.
Bus services are also affected.
