There is a closing down sale at Mothercare in Watford and the message is that 'all stock must go'.
Mothercare has taken the decision to shut its branch at Watford Arches Retail Park after it could not agree a new level of rent with its landlord.
Several 'closing down' signs have appeared at the shop entrance, and everything in the store is at least 20 per cent off with some products up to 50 per cent off.
The store is expected to close on or around Sunday August 4.
Dozens of messages were left on our Facebook post when the Observer last week announced the store would be closing, with some describing it as an "end of an era".
