A Watford restaurant made an appearance on Channel 5 over the weekend.

The TV documentary All You Can Eat: Secrets of the Worlds Mega Buffet offered viewers a behind the scenes look at the town's JRC Global Buffet restaurant.

It showed how the 85 staff deal with the 18 mammoth deliveries they receive each week, and how they prep more than 400 different types of meals for the thousands of diners they host every day.

The restaurant, which opened in 2014, spans 27,000 square feet and is one of the largest eateries in Europe.
It can serve up to 3,000 people per day, and there are more than 300 dishes from a range of different countries and cultures.

Viewers have been taking to Twitter to express their awe at the restaurant.

And this viewer of the show has called out to followers to ask Watford locals what the restaurant is like.

JRC Global Buffet is located in the Parade in Watford town centre, just down from the new Watford market. It is open seven days a week from 12pm.
