Several vehicles were targeted by a thief in one night in the Kingswood area of Watford earlier this month.
During the early hours of Wednesday August 7, someone broke into a vehicle which was parked on a driveway in North Approach. They carried out a search of the vehicle but nothing was taken.
On the same night, attempts were made to break into another vehicle which was parked on a driveway in nearby Briar Road.
PC Mo Huzair from the Watford safer neighbourhood team says five similar reports were received on the same night.
Police have released two CCTV images of a person they believe can help with their investigation.
Although, you cannot see their face, police are hoping someone may recognise the clothing or remember seeing someone dressed similarly in the area at the time.
