Two 15-year-old boys were threatened by a gang at a busy retail park in Watford.

The boys handed over a grey iPhone 8, a black iPhone XR, and their wallets, after being approached outside Sports Direct in Waterfields Shopping Park.

It happened back on Saturday June 15 at 4.10pm.

The robbers forced the boys to tell them their mobile phone passcodes before heading off in the direction of Smyths toy store.

Investigator Paul Chapman, from the Watford Local Crime Unit, said: “We have been making a number of enquiries into this incident and are now choosing to release an image of a man we would like to identify, as we believe he was in the area at the time of the robberies and could have vital information that could assist our investigation.

“If you know who he is, or you have any further information that you believe could help us, please get in touch as soon as possible.”
