Police in Gammons Lane on Saturday
A second man has been charged in connection with the fatal stabbing of Luke O’Connell.
Mr O'Connell, 27, died in hospital after he was stabbed in Gammons Lane in the early hours of Saturday (31 August) following a crash between three cars.

- Aamir Mustafa, 22, of St George’s Road in Watford has been charged with murder and will appear before Hatfield Remand Court this morning (September 3).
- Hamza Shah, 19, of Hagden Lane, Watford appeared at Hatfield Remand Court yesterday (September 2) charged with murder. He was remanded in custody to appear at St Albans Crown Court tomorrow (September 4).
