A driver was allegedly abused following a road-rage incident in Watford town centre.
Police say a 52-year-old man was driving along Market Street when he became involved in an argument with another driver at around 1.40pm on August 21.
It appears both vehicles continued around the ring road before the 52-year-old says the other man racially abused him on the Beechen Grove roundabout.
Officers investigating the incident are keen to track down the driver involved.
He is described as a white man, in his 40s, of very large build, a grey crew cut hairstyle, a grey beard, and tattoos.
He was wearing a navy blue sweatshirt and driving a blue Citroen XSARA.
PC Laura Grant, who is investigating, said: “This sort of behaviour has no place in Hertfordshire and we are doing all we can to trace the offender.
“I am urging any witnesses or anyone with information to get in touch. If you can help, please call the non-emergency number 101 or email me at laura.grant@herts.pnn.police.uk quoting crime reference 41/75819/19."
