One lane on Watford ring road is expected to remain shut until tomorrow.
The inside lane closure, which runs along Exchange Road from King Street to Marlborough Road, is due to emergency works.
Affinity Water is relaying a short service pipe under the pavement but for the safety of workers, it requires one of the lanes to close.
