Firefighters have been called to a fuel spill after a car crashed into a car park barrier.
Emergency services have been at Church car park off Watford ring road, having received a call at 2.17pm this afternoon.
A blue Skoda Fabia mounted the kerb, crashing into the barrier.
A photo from the scene shows the vehicle completely lodged.
Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue attended too due to petrol leaking from the vehicle and because live electrics had been left exposed.
The fuel spillage was cleaned up by 4.15pm.
A driver said vehicles were let out one-by-one from the multi-storey car park and it took 25 minutes from the third level.
Recovery has been arranged for the vehicle and emergency services have now left the scene.
No one was injured.
The fire engine was blocking one off the lanes and as a result there are some queues on the ring road back to the junction of Lower High Street.

One lane remains closed on the ring road due to roadworks.
