THE cast of a junior and senior musical theatre tour received a standing ovation during their opening night of their show.
The Powerplay Musical Theatre Company had the audience on their feet during the night of their production - Musical Mystery Tour - Here we go Again at Rhyl Pavilion. Amy Fenwick is creative director.
The show is running until November 16.
Sian Roberts, a parent of one of the children in the show, said: "The children, aged eight to 18, all from the local area, performed songs from five amazing musicals - School of Rock, Mamma Mia, Wind in the Willows, Miss Saigon and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.
"The standard of performance would not have been out place in the West End on a stage."
Tickets are available from Rhyl Pavilion website and the box office.
