NORTH Wales' premiere cosmic blues wayfarers are set to return to Bangor.

Rhuddlan's incredible The Goat Roper Rodeo Band will take to the stage at the Blue Sky Cafe once again tonight at 7pm.

Bringing it all back home for the end of a packed year for the band - who toured with 24 actor Kiefer Sutherland on his UK tour in August and released their third album tall grass in March - the wild trio's heart wrenching harmonies are sure to delight music lovers of all stripes.

Together with just an upright bass and two old guitars, join the the Goat Ropers for an unforgettable blues sermon like nothing you've ever heard before.

It’s up, it’s down, it’s soft and loud, it’s dark and lonesome too, there’s hurt and shame and some mean old pain - but there’s nothing but pure love for their craft.

Expect a hint of the cosmic country of Gram Parsons, a sniff of Dylan and a twist of Waylon Jennings’ bluesy spirit and so much more.

Tickets are £12, plus booking fee, from wegottickets.com.
