We were sorry to read in a recent letter, published in the Watford Observer, that one of our residents had some issues with our online service for blue badge applicants. We are pleased to announce that the lady in question has now received her blue badge. We are really proud that 80 per cent of our 20,000 annual applicants successfully apply online at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/bluebadge, however we do recognise that some people may not have access to or be able to apply online and to help support those customers we provide papers forms, which will now have our postcode as well as our existing PO Box address for clarity.
